At this year's Monterey Car Week, Audi is was giving a preview of the next chapter of sphere concept vehicles. The Audi activesphere concept¹ continues its vision for the premium mobility of the future.

The Audi activesphere concept¹ is the name of the fourth sphere concept. With its new body design, it is intended for a progressive premium target group with a decidedly active lifestyle.

Monterey Car Week is one of the most exciting and prestigious mobility events in the world. In addition to motorsport events and auctions, the Concours d`Elegance on the legendary lawn of the Pebble Beach golf course is one of the highlights of the event. Year after year, the most elegant and remarkable vehicles are given their stage there. For Audi, Monterey is a place to reflect on the past and celebrate the future. Last year's Car Week saw the unveiling of the Audi skysphere concept¹, the prelude to a series of three concept vehicles so far that represent the vision of future premium mobility conceived with sustainability in mind. This year, the event provides the framework for announcing a new, fourth vehicle: The Audi activesphere concept¹ will expand the range in the future and promises to combine elegance, suitability for everyday use and performance into a new design. Designed for an active lifestyle and the maximum possibilities.

* The stated consumption and emissions values were determined in accordance with the legally stipulated measurement procedure. The WLTP test cycle completely replaced the NEDC test cycle with effect from 1 January 2022. As a result, no NEDC values are available for vehicles with a type approval issued after this date.

The values do not refer to an individual vehicle and are not part of the offer; instead, they are solely for the purpose of comparing between different types of vehicles. Optional equipment and accessories (attachments, tyre formats etc.) may alter relevant vehicle parameters such as the weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics and, alongside weather and traffic conditions and individual driving behaviour, may influence the fuel consumption, electricity consumption, CO2 emissions and performance values of a vehicle.

Due to the more realistic test conditions, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions values will in many cases be higher in accordance with the WLTP than in accordance with the NEDC. There may have been corresponding changes to vehicle taxation since 1 September 2018 as a result of this.
